Wonderful location. Extremely friendly and informative staff from the front desk to the doormen. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Big windows. It was a. Ice touch that upon arrival we were given free vouchers for drinks at the lobby bar. I imagine this perk will not be around for very long, but it was an unexpected one. Very close to a large parking garage around the corner. Overall our stay was better than expected. To note, some reviews mentioned being bothered by street noise. We had a street facing room on the 10th floor and any noise was minimal (and I’m a light sleeper). Also, the walls were quite soundproof as I never would have guessed that anyone else was staying on our floor.

We had a very lovely greeting, and allowed to check into our room around 1:00PM. The rooms were incredibly clean, and such a large layout. This hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay in Boston. We walked to everything from this location, from the entire Freedom Trail to Fenway Park. There is tons of shopping and fabulous restaurants close to this location. Check out Cafe Bonjour for breakfast, and the Cheers Bar was our fav touristy spot. Then head to Tresca or Antica Forno in the North End for the most amazing Italian food of your life. Bova's and Mike's Pastries are a must try.

Location couldn’t be better! The Boston Common, the WNDR Museum, shopping, theater and sightseeing all right there. The staff were exceptional! We stay at a lot of hotels in Boston and other cities, and the staff here were friendly, courteous, and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. The doorman Modesto not only assisted with luggage and loose children, but served as translator at the front desk as needed with at least one foreign speaking visitor. The room, lobby and elevators were spotless.

The property is amazing, the rooms are very big, the shower is extremely comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the rooms are new and cauper clean, the ammenities are high quality, there are free snacks and water replenished every day and free lemonade on the lobby (which I really liked), and candy on the weekends. The staff is extremely friendly. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere downtown and South Boston, and close to public transpostation if you want to go somewhere else.

Barbara

Loved the coffee shop on the ground floor off of the lobby and the welcome drink voucher you received upon check in for a glass of wine, beer, prosecco or a mocktail. It was a nice way to wind down the day in the lobby or get started by having a chance to get a latte and surprisingly good pastry on your way out the door. The staff was accommodating and quick to help and the rooms were a good size for a city hotel. The location was also very convenient.
